Jonathan Peacock (Founder)
Jonathan ("JP") has dedicated nearly 15 years to building and scaling web-based businesses. He sold his last company to Joann, a well-known NASDAQ-listed retailer in the U.S.
JP co-founded the first subscription financial metrics platform for Braintree, which was swiftly acquired by Profitwell. Following this acquisition, he joined Profitwell's Advisory Board. Profitwell was recently sold to Paddle for $200 million.
Previously, JP was the CEO of another tech startup that raised millions and was ultimately sold to a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. He has provided advisory services to Australia's largest companies and conducted growth-focused workshops for Google.
He also co-founded Hana, a multi-chain wallet, and helped secure its initial funding round before transitioning out of the company. Since then, over the past 3+ years, he has focused entirely on building PROOF into one of the leading incubators in Web3 - a platform that has already distributed over US$1.5M in revenue share back to the PROOF community.
Ozgur - Partner
Ozgur oversees new PROOF launches KOL, marketing strategies and overall advisory on our incubated projects. With a deep and broad network in the onchain space and data driven approach, he brings performance data, audience insights, and campaign execution to every new project launch.
Duke - Partner
Meet Duke, PROOF’s Technical Wiz.
With 20+ years across TradFi and 15+ in Crypto — including 15+ years trading equity & credit volatility at a global investment bank — Duke brings deep market structure insight to PROOF.
A developer fluent in Solidity, JS, Python, Golang & Rust, he designs data-driven token economies that sustain long-term ecosystem health.
Santos - KOL Management & EA to JP
Santos manages PROOF’s growing KOL network, acting as the point of coordination between project teams and KOLs. He also works directly with JP as his executive assistant, helping manage core operations.
Benji - Lead Engineer
Benji is responsible for building out the PROOF Platform, and it’s associated tools and features.
