Jonathan Peacock (Founder)

Jonathan (“JP”) has spent almost 15 years building and scaling web-based businesses. He sold his last company to Joann — a household name, NASDAQ listed, retailer in the US. He co-founded the first subscription financial metrics platform for Braintree, which was quickly acquired by Profitwell. As part of the acquisition, he joined the Advisory Board of Profitwell, which recently sold to Paddle for $200M. Previously, JP served as CEO of another tech startup, which raised millions, and ultimately sold to an Australian Stock Exchange listed company. He has advised Australia's largest companies, running "growth" focused workshops for Google. And, most recently co-founded Hana, a multi-chain wallet, which raised an undisclosed round of funding, but has since left to start PROOF.

Michael Bacina (Partner at Piper Alderman)

PROOF is a registered company (PROOF PLATFORM PTY LTD), that has legal representation and guidance from Michael Bacina at Piper Alderman. Michael specializes in Digital Law, with a focus on blockchain technology. As a former software developer, Michael has a rare combination of technical, regulatory and legal skills which he leverages to assist his clients.
